SHIPPINGS #5 August 30

The 99% of the first shipping process is already done!

The delivery company has the parcels now, and it´s their turn to send the books to you (expected for this next week).

There are still some books left to send, described here:

-Customers who contributed for the book+ figure // the 99 euros option , international //
 (we´ll send the parcel this week, as it needs another packaging)

-Customers who contributed for the original A4 drawing (the books are already sent to you, and we´ll mail you next week asking for the character of your choice once you have readed it. )

-Some preorders from May that we still need to check.

-People who didn´t fill the form (we don´t have your address)

-Posters are going to be send separatedly from the books, and ready to be shipped tomorrow morning.

We are receiving back some shippings (wrong adresses,etc) during this past weeks, and we´ll wait for some weeks more before contact you to send them again.

We already sent the PDF to all customer who contributed for that option, but as the link for the download lasts just some days and many of you were on holidays, it will be send a new mail with links this coming week.

Shippings#4 August 12

All the books (spanish  version only ) for Spain have been send today. If you don´t receive it in the next two weeks please contact the oficial mail.

Hoy hemos terminado de enviar todos los libros en español con destinos nacionales (España y Canarias).
Si en dos semanas no habéis recibido vuestra copia por favor poneos en contacto con nosotros al mail oficial.

NEXT SHIPPINGS / DELIVERY SCHEDULE:

We are now preparing the shippings for France, Belgium, USA and Canada togheter, and they will be shipped as far as August 29. The delivery on this shippings would take no more than 5 days, according to the delivery company.
The rest of the international books would be delivered as soon as we finish that previous shipping. It will take us at least a week to prepare everyhting, so probably they will be shipped in the first/second week of september.

All this information depends on how fast we could manage all the deliveries, not an easy thing to do, plenty of details. Please be patient.

SHIPPINGS #3 August 5th

Today we completed the mailing of the PDF version to customers who purchased this option.
For those of you who buyed it with the physical book please remember it will arrive at the end of August, first days of September.

Many (MANY!) people has used an invalid e-mail for the purchase, so if you have buyed the book and didn´t receive it,  please contact us at: brigadacomic@gmail.com

Shippings #2 (July 29)

96% of the shippings done for spanish readers living in Spain.

96% completados de los envios para España. Os llegarán a lo largo de esta semana o principios de la siguiente (algunos envios pasan unos tres o cuatro días en la central para ser distribuidos, y en general el compromiso de la agencia es entre 6-8 días para la entrega)

SHIPPINGS #1 (23-July)

We are working hard on the shippings.
Here´s the order we plan to work with  them:

1- Shippings to Spain (first Verkami customers, and once finished, late pre-orders of May)
    --70% done, we plan to finish these shipments by the end of this week, beginning of the next--

2-Shippings to France&Belgium (first Verkami customers, and once finished, late pre-orders of May)
    -planed to start the shipping by August 14th.

3-Shippings to USA/Canada (first Verkami customers, and once finished, late pre-orders of May)
    -planed to start the shipping by August 22th.

4-Shippings to the rest of the countries (first Verkami customers, and once finished, late pre-orders of May)
    -planed to start the shipping by August 27th.

All customers from options 200€ and above will receive first the book and then will be asked for what they want on the original drawing, that would be shipped later.

The digital version of the book will be sent to all customers who buyed it by July 31th. You will receive a mail with the download instructions.

Address mistakes/not filled forms customers: will have to wait until september, sorry.

If everything goes as planned, the books will be all delivered by the end of August, beginning of September.
We´ll be updating this post as soon as we have news to share.

The Brigada books are here!

Finally , after some little delay, the books arrived from the printer. And they look gorgeus! It´s been a great pleasure to confirm all the work done on this finally has a great reward, just looking at the quality of the printed book.

We´ll start the shippings today. That will take us probably until the end of August. We have a plan to make it the more effective and fast as we can.  We´ll start with the Verkami customers and once finished we´ll send the preorders from this past months.

Please be patient , we will update on the shippings as often as we can to keep you informed, so depending on your contribution and country, you may have an aproximate idea of when to expect the books.

Also please don´t mail us asking about your individual shipping, as it won´t be posible for us to answer each one of you.
