SHIPPINGS #1 (23-July)
We are working hard on the shippings.
Here´s the order we plan to work with them:
1- Shippings to Spain (first Verkami customers, and once finished, late pre-orders of May)
--70% done, we plan to finish these shipments by the end of this week, beginning of the next--
2-Shippings to France&Belgium (first Verkami customers, and once finished, late pre-orders of May)
-planed to start the shipping by August 14th.
3-Shippings to USA/Canada (first Verkami customers, and once finished, late pre-orders of May)
-planed to start the shipping by August 22th.
4-Shippings to the rest of the countries (first Verkami customers, and once finished, late pre-orders of May)
-planed to start the shipping by August 27th.
All customers from options 200€ and above will receive first the book and then will be asked for what they want on the original drawing, that would be shipped later.
The digital version of the book will be sent to all customers who buyed it by July 31th. You will receive a mail with the download instructions.
Address mistakes/not filled forms customers: will have to wait until september, sorry.
If everything goes as planned, the books will be all delivered by the end of August, beginning of September.
We´ll be updating this post as soon as we have news to share.

The Brigada books are here!
Finally , after some little delay, the books arrived from the printer. And they look gorgeus! It´s been a great pleasure to confirm all the work done on this finally has a great reward, just looking at the quality of the printed book.
We´ll start the shippings today. That will take us probably until the end of August. We have a plan to make it the more effective and fast as we can. We´ll start with the Verkami customers and once finished we´ll send the preorders from this past months.
Please be patient , we will update on the shippings as often as we can to keep you informed, so depending on your contribution and country, you may have an aproximate idea of when to expect the books.
Also please don´t mail us asking about your individual shipping, as it won´t be posible for us to answer each one of you.

Printing!
Images from the visit to the printer today. I´m really happy with the quality of the print and the people at the company were really kind and helpful to improve the results. The book is born!

The work is almost over!

Today I finished the last page of the book !!!.
Now is time to work on the cover/backcover and prepare everything for the printer. These are being exciting days, with a lot of stuff to prepare...including some surprises for you ! ;)
Having the main thing done is very motivating. I hope you will enjoy the book as much as I do.
If everything goes as planned, the book will be out from the printer the first week of July, and as soon as we receive them we´ll start with the shipping. Those who made the contribution on Verkami will be the first ones to receive the parcels. It´s imposible to confirm when you´ll receive it, as we have to make more than 2000 individual shippings, and during that process we´ll be completely focused just on that. But we´ll tell you when we finish the process, so you can have an aproximate idea of when to expect the book if it hasn´t arrived yet ( Please consider we told since the beginning of the project that it would take a year, with a release scheduled for september. We have pushed as much as posible to have it in time. )
These coming weeks we´ll check all the information we need from you, and probably you will be asked for some details that sometimes are missed on the form we asked you to fill the past september. If any of you have made changes on the adress, this is the moment to let us know (if you already haven´t done it ) . As usual, at the mail "brigadacomic@gmail.com"
ORIGINAL ARTWORK : those who contributed for having an A4 original artwork (200€ & 219€ pledges) will receive first the books, and then asked for what they want as ilustration. It will be done and shipped as fast as posible (within a month). I think it has more sense that way.

Hoy he terminado de dibujar la ultima pagina del libro !!
Ahora es el momento de trabajar en la portada y contraportada, y dejar todo preparado para imprenta. Estan siendo dias muy emocionantes, con muchas cosas por preparar....incluidas algunas sorpresas para vosotros! ;)
Tener el grueso de trabajo hecho es muy motivador. Espero que os guste tanto como a mi me ha gustado el haberlo hecho.
Si todo va segun lo planeado los libros saldrán de imprenta la primera semana de Julio. Tan pronto como los recibamos los iremos enviando. Aquellos que hicisteis la contribución a través de Verkami seréis los primeros en recibirlos. Nos es imposible saber cuando los recibireis exactamente, ya que tenemos que realizar más de 2000 envios individuales, y durante ese proceso estaremos completamente enfocados en esa tarea. Pero os avisaremos en cuanto haya terminado el proceso de envios, para que os podáis hacer una idea aproximada si es que no habéis recibido aun el libro. Por favor tened en cuenta que desde el principio propusimos como fecha de entrega septiembre, y nos hemos esforzado tanto como era posible para adelantar esa fecha y llegar a tiempo.
En las proximas semanas estaremos comprobando todos vuestros datos y puede que alguno de vosotros reciba un mail nuestro pidiendo algun detalle que se haya escapado de los formularios que os pedimos rellenar el septiembre pasado. Si habéis cambiado de direccion durante este tiempo , ahora es el momento de comunicarlo (si no lo habéis hecho ya). Como siempre al mail "brigadacomic@gmail.com"
ORIGINALES : Aquellos que hicisteis la contribucion para el original A4 (200 y 219 euros) recibiréis primero el libro. Os pediremos qué queréis en el original una vez que lo hayais leido, así tiene más sentido. El original os llegará en el plazo de un mes a contar desde que nos digáis qué quereis.
